Troubleshooting
- Q: Why doesn't this game work?
- A: You probably do not have one of the following players install and/or working properly in your web browser. Please install all three and make sure they are working properly.
- Also, make sure that Java is enabled in your web browser. (See the next question for instructions).
- Q: I have Java installed but I still can't play this Java game!
- A: You must enable Java in your web browser. Visit the Java.com website to learn how.
- Q: Why does my web browser crash?
- A: Some of the games on this site require a fast processor, high amount of free memory, or other computer requirements. If your computer cannot handle a particular game's requirements it may crash. However such crashes should be quite rare.
- Q: Why does a game play slowly?
- A: Some of the games on this site require a fast processor, high amount of free memory, or other computer requirements. If your computer cannot handle a particular game's requirements it may play slowly. Unfortunately there is no solution to this problem, but turning off other programs running may improve game speed.
