 Shops
Many shops look like garages as they have open front walls. This is to let the maximum amount of air to circulate around the shops, thus keeping them cool.
Here are two photos of a dressmakers shop, showing the open front wall.

A few shops spill out onto the pavements where the shopkeeper will sit waiting for passing trade.

Many of the products you can buy in the shops, are the same as back home in England. Can you recognise any similarites? The names are written in Thai.
